UK & Asia Logistics Specialist (B2B & B2C)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The UK & Asia B2B & B2C Logistics Specialist will support the day-to-day execution of logistics operations across wholesale, retail and ecommerce channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, third-party logistics providers and carriers, the role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring warehouse performance, supporting ecommerce fulfilment activities and ensuring service levels are maintained across UK and Asia operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
B2B Logistics Operations
Coordinate inbound deliveries from suppliers and ensure accurate booking and receipt of goods.
Maintain inbound shipment trackers and communicate discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Manage cross-dock shipment activities and provide timely updates to warehouse partners.
Coordinate wholesale and retail shipment bookings across all product categories.
Monitor picking activities and work with warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.
Support the preparation and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation and service standards.
Track shipments and obtain Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
Maintain accurate operational reports and shipment records.
Recover and manage import and export customs documentation and duty records.
Monitor packaging material levels and support stock control activities.
Ensure seasonal shipping instructions and operational requirements are communicated to suppliers and logistics partners.
B2C & Ecommerce Logistics Operations
Support the end-to-end fulfilment of ecommerce orders through third-party logistics providers.
Monitor daily order processing activities to ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to prioritise order fulfilment requirements.
Produce regular operational reports relating to order volumes, fulfilment performance and returns.
Monitor customer returns and provide data and updates to Customer Care teams.
Liaise with Customer Care and courier partners to resolve delivery issues and customer escalations.
Track order deliveries using transport management systems and proactively address exceptions or delays.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within ecommerce logistics operations.
Stakeholder & Operational Support
Build effective working relationships with warehouse providers, carriers, Customer Care, Merchandising and other internal departments.
Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings.
Escalate operational risks and service issues to the UK & Asia 3PL Warehouse Manager.
Support logistics projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
Raise purchase orders for logistics-related costs in accordance with company procedures.
Undertake additional duties necessary to support the logistics function.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS
Previous experience within logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or order fulfilment.
Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and coordinating warehouse activities.
Good understanding of B2B and ecommerce fulfilment processes.
Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments and liaising with transport providers.
Knowledge of import/export processes and customs documentation.
Experience using ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), SAP, or similar business systems.
Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident working with operational data, reporting, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across internal and external teams.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
Experience within fashion, retail, luxury goods, ecommerce, or consumer products sectors would be advantageous.
Experience supporting UK and international logistics operations is desirable.
